1. 对接公司智能驾驶、智能空间等AI算法，提出算法设计建议，确保算法高效匹配自研芯片； 2. 针对LLM/CNN设计合适的量化和稀疏方案，并确保算法指标达标； 3. 负责AI编译器前端，完成如算子融合/拆分等前端图优化； 4. 负责自研芯片的计算精度仿真软件，校对AI编译器的计算数值准确性； 5. 提炼算法部署中的软硬联合优化机会点，为下一代芯片架构设计提供建议；

1. 计算机、人工智能、电子、软件工程的直接相关专业，或运筹学、统计学、数学类的基础专业； 2. 有5年以上算法工程经验，熟悉MLIR或TVM等AI软件栈； 3. 具备模型的量化稀疏的工程经验，掌握数值计算精度相关理论和实践经验； 4. 熟悉LLM，CNN等主流模型的工作机制，掌握反向传播等算法训练基本理论；
