1.负责面向自动驾驶、大模型及机器人业务的 AI Infra 技术战略与中长期规划，结合模型演进和业务发展，确定关键技术方向、建设优先级及资源投入，对基础设施的整体技术竞争力负责； 2.主导跨业务 AI 基础设施总体架构，统筹数据、训练、评测、仿真与部署体系，明确共性平台与业务专用能力的边界，支撑多业务、多模型及异构算力平台的规模化发展； 3.牵引大规模训练与强化学习系统的关键技术突破，组织解决计算、通信、存储、调度及可靠性等系统瓶颈，持续提升有效算力产出，优化模型研发周期与综合成本； 4.推动数据回流、场景挖掘、训练、评测和实车、实机验证的闭环建设，建立可复现、可追踪、可持续迭代的模型研发体系，加速算法创新向产品能力转化； 5.与算法、推理引擎、芯片及产品负责人共同制定系统演进路线，推动模型、软件与硬件协同设计，主导跨团队重大技术决策与复杂项目交付； 6.负责 AI Infra 组织建设、核心人才引进与技术梯队培养，建立清晰的技术责任、工程标准和协作机制，形成能够持续攻克复杂问题、支撑业务长期发展的团队； 7.建立基础设施投入与产出的度量体系，对研发效率、系统可靠性、资源利用效率和成本收益负责，推动技术建设与业务目标形成明确关联。

1.计算机、软件工程、通信、自动化等相关专业硕士或博士学位，或有同等工作经验； 2.具备大规模 AI 基础设施的整体规划、架构设计与组织管理经验，曾作为核心负责人主导支撑多个算法团队或业务的大型平台建设，并取得可验证的效率、稳定性或成本收益； 3.具备突出的技术战略与系统架构能力，能够理解大模型及物理 AI 的演进趋势，判断关键技术瓶颈，并在业务需求、技术前瞻性、建设成本与长期可扩展性之间做出有效取舍； 4.在分布式训练、强化学习系统、异构计算、资源调度、数据系统或推理部署等至少一个关键领域具备深厚技术积累，有主导重大系统优化或关键技术突破的成功经历； 5.深入理解大模型研发全流程，能够从模型算法与底层系统的交互关系出发，组织解决跨计算、通信、存储及软硬件边界的复杂问题； 6.具备管理多个技术方向、培养技术负责人及建设人才梯队的经验，能够建立共同目标、清晰分工与有效决策机制，提升组织的持续交付能力； 7.具备优秀的跨组织影响力和项目推动能力，能够协调算法、平台、芯片及产品团队，在复杂约束和不确定性下推动重大技术决策落地，并对最终结果负责； 8.具备自动驾驶、机器人或具身智能相关基础设施经验，或有超大规模训练集群、端云协同及软硬件联合优化经验者优先。
