1. 社区战略与生态搭建：基于理想汽车品牌定位与用户画像，制定理想汽车 APP 社区长期运营战略，围绕社区悦家/悦己/悦生活的核心价值，搭建用户分层和内容分层运营体系，驱动社区活跃度、车主形象与品牌口碑双提升。 2. 内容生态深度运营： - 协调产品、售后、市场、门店等内部资源，完成社区月度主题活动规划，并推进社区相关项目的落地执行； - 推动社区优质内容的挖掘与扶持、违规内容治理，打造符合理想车主调性的内容矩阵； - 拓展外部合作资源，策划并推动车主专属福利活动的落地执行。 - 全国各省车主活动对接管理，确保社区端各省本地化活动的健康有序运营。推动社区活动在各省的落地执行。 3. 用户需求挖掘与共创管理：搭建社区满意度感知机制，深度挖掘社区用户反馈，包括功能体验建议、权益需求、活动内容建议等，形成系统化需求洞察报告，对接内外部团队，推动用户需求落地； 4. 数据驱动与效果优化：监控社区核心运营数据（DAU/MAU、发帖量、互动率、留存率等），建立数据监测与分析体系，定期输出运营数据报告，复盘活动与内容效果，针对性优化运营策略；结合用户行为数据，迭代社区功能与运营玩法，提升社区用户体验。

（一）基础资质 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、传播学、用户体验、汽车相关专业优先。 2. 3 年及以上互联网社区 / 用户运营/内容&活动运营相关工作经验，有汽车、母婴等家庭消费品类社区运营经验者优先。 3. 有丰富活动合作资源者优先。 （二）核心能力 1. 具备成熟的社区运营战略思维与全链路运营能力，能独立搭建社区运营体系、制定长期规划并落地执行，有成功的社区用户增长、活跃度提升或品牌口碑打造案例者优先。 2. 深度理解汽车用户（尤其是家庭用户、理想车主）需求与行为习惯，擅长挖掘用户痛点与兴趣点，能精准策划符合车主调性的内容与活动，具备优秀的文案撰写、内容策划与活动统筹能力。 3. 具备较强的数据敏感度与数据分析能力，能熟练使用数据工具（如 Excel、SQL、BI 工具等），通过数据复盘优化运营策略，驱动业务目标达成。 4. 能够熟练使用Open Claw/Claude code/Minimax等AI工具赋能业务提效。 5. 认同理想汽车品牌理念，对汽车行业有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的品牌意识与舆情敏感度，能妥善处理社区舆情问题。 （三）素质要求 1. 结果导向，抗压能力强，能适应汽车行业快节奏工作，具备较强的责任心与执行力。 2. 沟通表达清晰，逻辑思维严谨，具备良好的团队协作精神与问题解决能力。
