1. 配合IPD流程落地，建立和优化财务模型，对产品全周期进行收益和风险管理。包括产品立项测算、过程跟踪管理、退市复盘总结，横向拉通各业务条线端到端经营成果共识； 2. 定期出具产品经营分析报告。建立目标值管理流程，以合理评价投入产出健康程度，发现问题并推动改善，为业务提供及时有效的财务数据、业绩预测数据、提示经营风险等； 3. 参与到产品成本管理，监控产品从立项规划到上市前目标成本偏差，持续对产品成本合理性分析，发掘研发和供应链等降本机会点； 4. 协助PDT经理编制项目级全周期预算，日常滚动预测、跟踪阀点预算执行情况、识别异常变动并及时预警，协助PDT经理进行过程管理； 5. 其他财务相关工作。

1. 本科以上学历，10年以上工作经验，5年以上财经BP经验； 2. 全面参与过IPD流程，熟悉整车厂项目开发，对研发费用的管理有实战经验； 3. 有线上商城，渠道管理相关财经管理经验者优先； 4. 了解智能驾驶和智能空间，有智能软硬件公司经验优先； 5. 扎实的财务基础及数据分析能力，对数据敏感； 6. 有较强的逻辑思维和业务理解力，有想法有激情，且能主动积极推动问题闭环。
