1、负责智能硬件 BSP、HAL 及底层驱动的架构设计、开发与维护。 2、负责芯片平台及硬件版本的 RTOS 移植、适配与系统集成。 3、负责关键外设驱动开发，以及软硬件联合调试和问题定位。 4、负责底层系统的性能、功耗、稳定性及跨平台复用能力优化。 5、主导技术方案评审、关键技术攻关及量产问题闭环。 6、推动底层软件开发规范、技术沉淀和团队能力建设。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信等相关专业，具备 7 年以上嵌入式开发经验。 2、具备完整产品 BSP 负责人经验，主导过新平台 Bring-up、RTOS 适配及量产问题闭环。 3、精通 C/C++，深入理解 ARM MCU/SoC 架构及底层开发机制。 4、深入掌握至少一种 RTOS，熟悉任务调度、中断、内存管理及系统级问题定位。 5、熟悉 UART、SPI、I2C、I2S、SDIO、USB、DMA 等接口及驱动开发。 6、具备复杂外设驱动经验，熟悉 Audio、Camera、Display、Sensor、Storage、PMIC 或无线模块中的一种或多种。 7、能够阅读原理图、芯片手册及接口时序，具备独立完成板级调试和硬件问题定界的能力。 8、具备多芯片平台适配、跨平台 HAL 架构以及系统级低功耗优化经验。 9、熟练使用 JTAG、GDB、示波器、逻辑分析仪等调试工具。 10、熟练使用 AI 工具辅助编程、调试、测试和 Code Review，并能对产出结果的正确性、安全性及可维护性负责
