1. 通过DFX体系迭代/基线发布/需求落地/系统开发的行管，完成DFX全局运营工作，对DFX业务执行结果及产品的DFX竞争力指标提升负责； 2. 负责建立与运营DFX流程体系，按照DFX流程实施行管，推动问题整改及流程迭代； 3. 负责管理DFX基线，负责基线目标达成； 4. 负责推动DFX需求在产品研发中落地达成，负责DFX运营数据分析与报告发布； 5. 负责DFX在线化管理系统迭代与运营； 6. 负责IPD流程中的DFX相关标准、设计指导、checklist等文件质量提升。

1. 学历专业：全日制本科或以上学历，汽车、集成电路、机械、电子电器等相关方向； 2. 年限经验：10年以上IPD集成开发工作经验，至少2个以上车型或产品项目DFX行管落地经验，有软件电器专业经验优先； 3. 岗位技能：精通研发DFX业务流程，熟知IPD及汽车研发业务逻辑； 4. 必备能力：逻辑清晰、表达能力强，富有创新思维，强烈的目标感、使命感，敏锐的用户痛点嗅觉，能够从用户体验角度设计流程与系统。
