Channel Construction Standards & Compliance Management - Formulate and oversee the implementation of dealer facility construction standards and procedures, ensuring all new and renovated outlets meet the brand's SI/CI (Space Identity/Corporate Identity) requirements. - Coordinate the full project lifecycle—design, construction, and acceptance inspection—ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Conduct compliance audits of dealer facilities; develop corrective action plans for non-compliant items and track their implementation to closure. 3. Dealer Performance Management & Operational Optimization - Establish a dealer performance evaluation system, regularly assessing dealer operational performance through key metrics such as sales data, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover. - Develop remediation or improvement plans for underperforming dealers; drive the execution of operational standards and service processes to enhance end-customer experience. - Analyze dealer financial statements (P&L, ROI) and provide business improvement recommendations to support sustainable dealer profitability. 4. Channel Capability Training & Enablement - Coordinate with HQ to implement dealer sales and product knowledge training programs, covering product highlights, sales processes, brand service standards, and other key competencies. - Organize dealer teams to participate in brand-certified training courses and industry exchange activities, continuously elevating channel operational capabilities and service levels. 5. Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Continuously monitor Central Asian automotive market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide inputs for network optimization and product strategy adjustments. - Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, After-Sales, and Product to ensure dealer network strategies remain aligned with the brand's overall business objectives.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, International Trade, or a related discipline. - Experience: - 5+ years of experience in automotive channel development, dealer management, or sales operations, including managerial-level responsibilities. - Experience with Chinese automotive brands going global or working in Central Asia / CIS regions is highly preferred. - Language Skills: Proficiency in Russian and English (for effective communication with HQ, local teams, and international partners); proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant plus (for seamless coordination with Chinese headquarters teams). Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
