1. 负责电驱系统EMC性能开发：需求分析，设计、测试整改、零部件验证、整车问题排查等； 2. 负责高低压滤波器的正向开发，实现滤波器性能和成本的平衡； 3. 负责通过理论分析，实现产品信号串扰的问题定位和低成本方案的确定 4. 参与原理图和PCB设计Review，提出EMC优化建议； 5. 参与EMC团队能力建设，持续优化EMC正向设计能力和流程，提升团队开发效率

1. 本科及以上学位，电气自动化、电力电子、无线微波、电磁场等专业; 2. 8年及以上电磁兼容开发和整改测试工作经验,从事电动汽车高压功率零件电磁兼容开发测试工作5年以上，有EMC正向设计经验; 3. 有扎实的电磁理论基础和电路理论基础，并熟练掌握电机或电源工作原理； 4. 熟练掌握电磁和电路仿真软件，有多物理场联合仿真能力，实现电路，磁件，机械结构和PCB的电磁仿真； 5. 熟悉电动汽车整车和零部件EMC标准; 6. 精通EMC测试相关工具：接收机，频谱分析仪，网分，阻抗分析仪，示波器等 7. 良好的英语读说译写能力,能无障碍研读EMC专业英文标准。
