1）职位描述： 1. 负责整车及增程器（发动机）标定过程中的数据审查和项目验收工作。 2. 对标定质量负责，及时解决标定项目中的技术问题，对难题进行攻关，根据项目节点完成标定数据评审。 3. 对委外标定项目，管控EMS供应商标定质量，依据项目节点完成标定数据评审。 4. 负责协调公司内部各部门，提供和获得相关支持，支持项目设变实施等。 5. 负责EMS系统功能模块的分析和研究，制定EMS功能模块需求和开发，并提出优化方案。 6. 负责建立和维护标定作业指导书及其他标定开发相关文档。 7. 负责公司及新员工技术培训。 8. 负责海外排放法规（欧标-欧6e/欧7，美标）解读，车型适配和标定开发。

2）职位要求： 1. 能够独立开展整车及增程器（发动机）标定工作。 2. 熟悉EMS控制器，传感器，执行器，控制策略，CAN总线及其标准。 3. 8年及以上整车标定或发动机性能开发相关工作经验，具备主流EMS供应商工作经历。 4. 熟悉EMS标定流程，独立完成过三个及以上EMS整车、或台架、或OBD标定项目。 5. 精通ETAS/INCA、CANoe、MATLAB/Simulink等开发工具。 6. 熟悉传统汽车和新能源汽车基本构造。 7. 熟悉国家排放和油耗相关法规。 8. 内燃机、车辆工程相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先。 9. 熟悉欧标（欧6/7）、美标（Tire3/4），具备完整海外出口项目经验者（含标定开发、公告认证）优先。 10. 熟悉德尔福、联电、菱电的电喷系统、具有较强研发能力者优先。
