1. 供应商EHS审核标准建设 制定供应商 ESG 准入流程、标准、尽职调查流程、评分卡等，整合 GRI、ISSB、CSRD、CSDDD、EcoVadis、CDP、RBA 等框架要求； 建立供应商 ESG 风险分级模型：结合地区法规风险、行业风险和过往表现，确定审核频次与深度； 推动供应商范围三碳排放数据采集与核算，建立供应链 ESG 数据管理机制，支持 CBAM、欧盟电池法规碳足迹声明等要求； 参与采购合同 ESG 条款设计，推动 CSDDD 等法规要求的合同保证和预防行动计划落地。 2. 供应商审核 供应商准入审核：对新供应商开展文件审核及现场审核，出具风险评级与准入建议，跟踪整改闭环； 日常监督审核：制定年度审核计划，对高风险供应商开展专项审核、飞行检查和重大事故调查； 统筹实施“供应商自评价+现场审核/三方审核”的评估工作，形成供应商风险画像； 开展供应链尽职调查，重点覆盖关键矿产溯源、碳足迹声明、劳工权益和商业道德风险。 针对出海业务涉及的海外供应商或海外生产基地，协调当地资源或第三方机构开展符合目的地法规要求的审核。 3. 供应商能力培育：搭建供应商ESG培训体系，开发培训材料，对高风险或能力薄弱供应商制定专项提升计划，跟踪改善成效。 4.法规感知、拆解与汽车供应链传导分析，明确对供应商的具体要求：数据要求（碳排放核算、矿产溯源）、文件要求（尽职调查报告、碳足迹声明）、审核要求（现场审核频次与深度）、合同条款要求。

1. 学历背景：全日制本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程或相关专业背景； 2. 工作经验：8年以上ESG经验，其中至少3年整车厂供应链或Tier1集团公司 ESG审核或管理经验； 3. 熟悉 ESG 框架与标准：GRI、ISSB、CSRD、CSDDD、EcoVadis、CDP、RBA、SA8000等； 4. 熟悉供应链尽职调查：OECD 指南、欧盟电池法规尽职调查义务、冲突矿产 RMI、UFLPA 溯源要求； 5. 熟悉碳管理：范围三碳排放、ISO 14064、ISO 14067、GHG Protocol、CBAM、欧盟电池法规碳足迹声明； 6. 项目能力：具备很强的统筹、策划能力，有从0到1搭建供应链ESG体系经验者优先； 7. 具备优秀的团队协调能力、主动意识、抗压和项目领导能力，可接受出差； 8. 具备第一性原理的思维模式，习惯性在不同维度问题上思考WHY，而不是单纯的接收现状；较强的创新迭代意识及开拓进取精神； 9. 有完整的闭环逻辑思考能力和语言表达能力，对事物充满好奇心，对新技术，新平台有强烈的探索意愿。
