The posting

岗位职责： 1. 负责永磁同步电机（PMSM）FOC算法开发、调试与优化，包括电流环、速度环、力控环设计。 2. 负责关节驱动嵌入式软件开发，基于 RISC-V 等国产 MCU 平台，完成 PWM、ADC、编码器、通信外设驱动。 3. 负责 EtherCAT 从站固件开发与维护，实现 MIT 风格控制接口及阻抗控制功能。 4. 参与电机参数辨识、死区补偿、弱磁控制等高级算法预研与落地。 5. 负责驱动板硬件 bring-up、信号调试、可靠性测试及问题定位。 6. 编写技术文档，包括算法设计说明、测试报告、生产用标定流程。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动化、电气工程等相关专业。 2. 深入理解 FOC 原理，具备完整的有感 FOC 开发调试经验，熟悉 SVPWM、坐标变换、PI 调节器设计。 3. 熟悉电机驱动硬件，能独立使用示波器、电流探头、功率分析仪进行信号调试与环路测试。 4. 熟悉常用传感器：磁编码器、电感编码器、光编码器、电流传感器，了解标定与误差补偿方法。 5. 具备良好的硬件协同能力，能与硬件工程师共同完成驱动板设计评审与问题定位。 6. 逻辑清晰，动手能力强，能独立解决调试中的实际问题。 加分项 - 有先楫 HPM 系列、TI C2000 或 STM32 电机控制开发经验。 - 熟悉 EtherCAT 协议栈及 CIA402 状态机。 - 有力控、阻抗控制、前馈补偿等人形机器人关节开发经验。
