1. 负责理想汽车驾舱软件Framework功能需求的开发和维护； 2. 负责功能模块的问题解决和稳定性/性能提升，问题处理效率提升； 3. 负责软件开发过程中的问题分析和总结，对研发流程的改善提出建议。

1. 计算机相关专业，本科以上学历，4年以上工作经验，良好的Java/C++语言基础，学习能力和逻辑思维能力优秀； 2. 熟悉Android框架，对Activity、Window、Display、Power中至少一个模块的C/S端逻辑有较为深入的理解； 3. 熟练使用各类调试工具分析Framework子模块的功能、性能、稳定性问题，熟练使用AI Coding Agent的CLI或者IDE插件进行逻辑开发维护； 4. 具备良好的分析解决问题的能力，能独立承担任务，有良好的进度把控能力； 5. 具备良好的团队精神和沟通意识，责任心强，工作认真细致，有良好的抗压能力。
