1. 负责自研服务器集群系统开发，对Kubernetes，kubelet组件进行定制开发； 2. 负责自研服务器集群资源管理与任务调度开发，定制与优化集群硬件资源管理技术，定制与优化集群拓扑感知调度算法，定制与优化的集群健康与监控系统； 3. 负责自研服务器系统与核心云服务基础中间件稳定、安全可靠的运行，有能力对疑难问题进行跟踪并最终解决； 4. 容器相关工具与平台的开发与优化，为业务团队提供支持； 5. 推动容器编排技术及相关平台的落地，提升硬件效率，降低资源的使用成本； 6. 负责行业前沿技术调研、攻关、推动落地、解决技术问题。

1. 五年以上Kubernates集群管理经验，参与其中核心架构设计，并执行落地； 2. 熟悉操作系统、容器技术、Kubernetes架构，熟悉相关网络解决方案，可以独立处理复杂的Kubernetes集群问题；精通k8s容器编排原理，熟悉常用任务调度的基本算法，包含但不限于Volcano，Kueue，Slurm等； 3. 熟悉服务器端kubelet，CNI，device plugin架构及原理，了解其实现源码，并能对其进行优化和裁剪； 4. 熟悉混合云架构，在物理机上落地过大规模K8S集群，有过上千台物理机或者容器维护经验的优先； 5. 扎实的Linux及网络基础； 6. 精通掌握golang/python；
