基于IPMS流程，负责产品操盘策略的制定落地，确保产品的成功销售； 1. 策略制定：作为具体车型销售的负责人，日常分析和跟踪具体车型销售业务的关键指标，同时根据业务需求完成较为深入的专项分析，根据量化分析结果制定对应的产品整体销售策略，包括目标设定、销售计划、促销政策等，并跨部门推动策略的落地； 2. 新产品上市：负责新品预售首销方案输出和执行，负责上市前零售物料包（POSM、陈列、道具等）的设计与生产发货，保证按时按质交付；输出终端策略，管理促销活动，监控销售执行情况，确保成功销售；管理终端营销预算，经营效率最大化； 3. 市场研究及竞对分析：关注汽车及新能源赛道市场动态，定期跟踪和分析行业头部公司的业务动作和表现，输出专题竞对及行业分析洞察报告，为提升内部的运营效率提供建议和方案； 4. 用户研究：定期开展一线门店调研和用户研究，收集一线门店和用户的反馈，基于产品定位寻找目标人群的销售机会点，不断优化销售策略。

1.本科或以上学历； 2. 掌握IPMS流程，具备新品上市和Go -To -Market项目管理经验的候选人优先； 3. 具备较强的学习能力、数据分析能力及逻辑思维；积极主动，工作细致责任心强，有较强的跨部门沟通能力； 4. 熟练运用各种办公软件，包含但不限于 Excel,SQL,Thinkcell,Tableau。
