基于IPMS流程，负责产品策略在区域零售端的落地，确保产品在区域端的成功销售。 1. 策略制定：作为区域GTM负责人，日常分析和跟踪具体车型销售业务的关键指标，同时根据业务需求完成较为深入的专项分析，根据量化分析结果制定对应的产品整体销售策略，包括目标设定、销售计划、促销政策等，并跨部门推动策略的落地； 2. 新产品上市：负责区域新品预售首销方案输出和执行，负责上市前零售物料包（POSM、陈列、道具等）的设计与生产发货，保证按时按质交付；输出终端零售策略，管理物料/店面/人力/促销活动，监控零售执行情况，确保成功销售；管理终端零售营销预算，经营效率最大化； 3. 门店提升：定期开展一线门店调研和用户调研，收集一线门店和用户的反馈，发现门店运营提升的机会点， 制定门店获客和转化的提升计划，帮助门店达成销售目标； 4. 市场研究及竞对分析：关注汽车及新能源赛道市场动态，定期跟踪和分析区域主要竞品的市场表现并输出竞争攻防策略，保障区域竞争的优势地位。

1. 至少 5年以上销售运营管理及产品操盘经验； 2. 具备汽车主机厂销售管理或电子消费品产品操盘或咨询行业经验；掌握IPMS流程，具备新品上市和Go -To -Market项目管理经验的候选人优先； 3. 具备成功的产品上市及营销管理零售端管理经验，并且该产品在市场上具备成功经验； 4. 具备较强的学习能力、数据分析能力及逻辑思维；积极主动，工作细致责任心强，有较强的跨部门沟通能力； 5. 本科或以上学历； 6. 熟练运用各种办公软件，包含但不限于 Excel,SQL,Thinkcell,Tableau。
