The posting

负责自动驾驶车端软件Harness的需求拆解、方案设计、研发交付与功能迭代，支撑感知、规控、定位等核心模块的集成验证与端到端功能闭环； 主导车端软件Harness的架构设计与代码实现，包括模块接口定义、基于DDS的数据流编排、状态机管理、故障诊断与异常处理机制； 负责Harness与上下游模块（算法SDK、DDS中间件、HMI等）的联调对接，制定集成测试策略，推动功能交付与性能达标； 搭建并维护Harness的自动化测试框架与CI/CD流水线，覆盖单元测试、接口测试、场景测试与回归测试，保障软件质量与迭代效率； 追踪前沿车端软件开发方法论与工具链，探索高效的需求管理、代码重构与性能调优实践，进行技术调研和工程化落地。

具备计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关领域的硕士或博士学位，在上述领域有同等工作经验； 熟练掌握C++（C++11/14/17），精通Linux/QNX实时操作系统，对嵌入式软件架构有深刻理解，精通数据结构、算法设计、多线程编程、内存管理与性能优化； 熟悉自动驾驶系统架构与开发流程，具备完整的软件需求分析、方案设计、编码实现、测试验证、问题定位与功能迭代经验；优先考虑有大型C++项目开发、复杂状态机设计、DDS通信协议（FastDDS/CycloneDDS/RTI Connext等）定义与实现经验的候选人； 熟悉软件工程最佳实践，包括版本控制（Git）、代码审查、单元测试（gtest等）、静态分析、持续集成；具备优秀的技术文档编写能力和工程方案复现、改进调优能力； 具备强烈的责任心，良好的沟通能力、出色的解决问题能力和团队协作精神，能够适应车端软件开发的高可靠性、高安全性要求与快速迭代节奏。
