岗位职责： 1. 深入了解业务需求，并基于公司人力资源导向，设计匹配组织结构调整/业务场景变化的差异化人力资源方案，并组织具体执行与落实，牵引业务持续改进，激发组织活力，支撑业务目标达成 2. 负责各项人力资源事务在所支持业务团队的执行落地，具体包含： 3. 包括但不限于人才供给、绩效管理、晋升运营、劳动关系管理等具体政策在业务部门的执行； 4. 支撑业务部门氛围建设，关注员工需求与体验，提升员工敬业度，激发个体及组织活力 5. 构筑专业能力，确保合规运营：熟悉领域政策、方法和流程，参与并负责部门组织能力构建，对各部门主管、HR队伍能力建设提供技术支持、专业意见咨询等，负责所支持部门人力资源流程建设，确保过程合规及结果准确 6. 基于公司人力资源导向，匹配部门业务战略，参与制定业务部门BP（年度商业计划）并在执行中进行人力资源管理复盘及迭代

1. 业务技能要求：具备较强的协作与沟通表达能力；良好的计划制定与实施的能力；良好的数据分析、判断能力；良好的基础办公软件实操能力； 2. 专业知识要求：掌握人力资源管理专业知识，熟悉组织行为学，心理学、社会学等相关人力资源知识，熟悉中华人民共和国劳动法律法规，并能熟练处理员工关系异常case。 3. 其他要求：逻辑性强，思路清晰，细致耐心、有亲和力、共情/同理心 4. 5年以上HRBP工作经验；支持过消费行业销售、零售团队or互联网大厂HR工作经验优先；
