能力要求: 1. 具备基本的用工风险意识,具备1个及以上COE模块实操经验,其余模块有基本概念并能快速上手; 2. 具备一定的沟通和影响力,能与业务管理者、员工、跨职能同事顺畅沟通,具备基本业务敏感度,能从沟通和访谈中发现组织/人员的潜在问题; 3. 具备较好的时间管理和抗压能力,交付意识强,能在多任务、多杂务并行的日常中保持条理,优先级判断基本准确; 4. 具备较好的学习能力自驱力。 经验要求: 具备1年以上COE/HRBP实操工作经验 其他要求: 员工薪酬、隐私、敏感信息严格保密,原则性强;
