1、梳理研发各业务域的IT现状与需求，建立IT系统全景视图，制定顶层架构规划，明确各系统职责边界、数据流向与集成关系，建立统一架构基线，解决各领域IT建设各自为战、缺乏整体设计的问题。 2、牵头IT需求的架构评审，识别跨域重复建设与可共用场景，推动需求合并、能力复用与优先级排序，制定系统演进路线图，确保IT投入有序高效而非被动零散响应。 3、定义跨系统集成规范与数据标准，推动研发域内各系统互联互通，作为业务团队与技术研发团队之间的架构桥梁，推动双方在系统边界与能力规划上达成一致。 4、统筹研发部门AI能力建设，梳理各团队AI开发现状，识别重复建设与共用场景，将分散的有效AI实践标准化封装为可复用的工具或技能组件，建立共享机制，推动AI能力在部门内规模化落地。 5、跟踪企业架构及AI技术领域的最佳实践与行业动态，结合研发业务场景持续识别高价值的架构优化与AI应用机会，为IT演进和效能提升提供前瞻性建议。

本科及以上，计算机/软件工程等相关专业，5年以上IT系统工作经验，有企业级架构规划经验；具备研发管理或工程研发领域IT建设经验优先。 具备从业务架构到系统架构的端到端设计能力，能基于业务流程抽象系统需求、划分边界，并输出高质量架构方案与文档。 熟悉研发领域主流IT系统，具备PLM/PDM、项目管理平台、软件研发工具链等一个或多个领域实战经验。 熟悉系统集成与跨系统、跨域架构设计，具备企业项目预算管理、IT投资价值评估及资源规划能力。 理解研发业务流程与管理痛点，具备较强推动共识能力；自驱力强，适应0到1建设阶段；了解主流AI开发框架，有AI平台或标准化封装经验优先
