1. 项目质量保证：负责控制器开发的质量保证，按照质量保证策略及计划实施质量保证活动，保证项目达成阀点目标；监控并审计过程及工作产品，能够针对识别的不符合项进行闭环管理 2. 质量问题管理：负责项目质量问题的快速改善与闭环管理，组织重点问题的复盘与再发防止； 3. 度量结果分析：负责监控项目的度量数据（过程及结果指标），识别风险及偏差并推进改善； 4. 功能安全管理：负责项目的功能安全管理，支持功能安全产品认证； 5. 质量体系管理：负责软件研发质量体系的维护/优化/审计，流程规范的培训及宣贯（Aspice、功能安全、网络安全、法规强标等）；根据开发过程的实际情况及内外部过程需求，识别过程改善机会点，实施过程改进。

1. 全日制本科或以上学历，5年以上工作经验，3+年质量管理经验，2+年软件技术研发经验； 2. 熟悉Aspice/CMMI、功能安全（ISO26262）、网络完全（ISO21434）、质量五大工具（APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP）、敏捷开发； 3. 掌握质量问题改善方法论，例如8D； 4. 具备流程搭建或过程改进的经验，熟悉整车开发流程及过程改善方法论； 5. 具备良好的数据分析能力、沟通能力、文档组织能力，并在质量管理过程中具备很强的推动力与执行力； 6. 有智能车控，车身控制域软件开发经验或控制器开发团队质量管理经验者优先。
