负责下车身结构总体方案设计； 指导下车身结构3D数模设计、2D图纸设计发布工作； 组织下车身BOM 、DFMEA、特殊特性清单等文件的编制及发布 组织下车身技术文件编写； 负责下车身系统试制、验证的技术支持，针对存在的问题制定解决措施； 负责下车身零部件与工艺、供应商同步开发的技术支持工作（包括SOR编制、供应商定点、技术协议签署、供应商开发过程管控、OTS及ESO，以及试制、试装问题整改等）; 负责所属系统零件的设计开发指导手册的编写，丰富所属系统的知识库。

全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业； 大学英语CET-4级或以上，有良好的英语口语及书写能力； 熟悉白车身系统相关零部件的最新技术和相关法规的要求，并熟练掌握相关产品标准； 从事白车身设计或开发工作7年以上，熟悉整车开发流程，具有2个以上车型项目开发经验，具有下车身架构规划和设计能力； 熟悉白车身相关零件的材料、加工工艺； 熟练掌握汽车研发设计相关软件，能够制作3D和2D数据，能够熟练运用office办公软件； 良好的团队合作精神，严密的逻辑思维能力，较强的责任心以及高效沟通能力
