The posting

面向L4自动驾驶场景的远程协助与远程遥操系统建设，负责车端与遥操舱端的软件架构设计与核心模块开发。 1. 参与远程驾驶舱系统核心功能的设计与研发，包括驾驶控制指令收发、多屏交互渲染、车辆状态实时展示、操作反馈与安全校验等模块。 2. 参与车端与遥操舱之间高可靠低延时控制链路相关子模块的设计与研发，实现指令传输、时序同步、心跳保活与故障降级逻辑。 3. 负责车端遥操控制代理模块的设计与研发，对接车端自动驾驶系统(ADS)、底盘执行器、车载传感器，实现远程驾驶和自动驾驶模式的无缝切换与权限管控。 4. 负责超低延时音视频传输模块的开发与性能调优，解决弱网环境下丢包、抖动、乱序等技术问题；针对遥操系统核心指标进行持续攻坚优化，满足L4级安全要求。 5. 参与实车联调与线上问题排查，快速定位并解决车端、遥操舱端的软件缺陷与性能瓶颈。

1. 计算机、通信、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 3年以上C++软件开发经验，精通C++17标准，具备扎实的数据结构、算法、操作系统与计算机网络基础。 3. 具备良好的代码风格与工程素养，有大型复杂C++项目的模块化设计、开发与维护经验。 4. 精通Linux系统编程，熟练掌握多线程、多进程、内存管理、进程间通信等核心技术。 5. 精通TCP/UDP网络编程，了解低延时网络优化与弱网对抗技术，有高可靠实时通信系统开发经验。 6. 熟悉车端常用通信协议与中间件，了解DDS、SOME/IP、MQTT等协议。 7. 熟悉实时音视频传输技术，了解WebRTC、FFmpeg等相关框架，有低延时音视频编解码或传输开发经验者优先。 8. 具备独立的模块级设计能力，能够根据需求完成技术方案设计、编码实现与单元测试。 9. 能够适应实车联调与现场测试，具备较强的问题定位与排查能力，能够快速解决车端、遥操舱端的软件缺陷。 10. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能够高效跨团队对接算法、车辆工程、测试等部门。 11. 具备较强的责任心与抗压能力，对系统安全性与交付结果高度负责。

加分项 1. 有Robotaxi、无人矿车、无人港口、干线物流等场景的遥操系统从0到1建设经验优先。 2. 有L4远程驾驶场景落地经验优先。
