岗位核心：主导物理与数字融合的座舱空间体验设计。思考内饰布局、座椅形态、屏幕与交互硬件如何随场景动态变化，创造高利用率、高品质、多用途空间体验。 岗位职责： 1. 前瞻场景定义与产品规划：基于自动驾驶的技术边界，深入研究并定义用户在“自由时间”内的核心场景，输出具有竞争力的产品概念与体验蓝图。 2. 空间体验设计：主导物理与数字融合的座舱空间体验设计。思考内饰布局、座椅形态、屏幕与交互硬件如何随场景动态变化，创造高利用率、高品质、多用途空间体验。 3. 产品全生命周期管理：负责从需求分析、产品定义、路标规划，到开发跟进、测试验证及上市后OTA迭代的全流程管理，确保产品高质量交付。 4. 跨部门协同与驱动：作为产品核心，高效协同用户体验设计、硬件工程、软件架构、车辆平台、供应链等多个团队，解决复杂冲突，确保技术方案支撑用户体验目标。 5. 技术趋势与市场洞察：持续追踪全球智能座舱、自动驾驶、交互技术及服务生态的前沿趋势，进行竞品分析，为产品持续创新提供输入。

任职要求： 1. 经验背景：5年以上产品管理经验，至少3年专注于智能座舱、智能家居、智能硬件或复杂的软硬件一体化产品领域。有完整主导一款成功产品0-1上市的经验。 2. 核心能力： 1、出色的系统思维与用户体验洞察力，能超越单一功能，从整车系统角度思考空间、交互与服务的融合； 2、卓越的沟通、协调与影响力，能够在多元、专业的团队中建立共识，推动目标达成； 3、强大的逻辑分析与结构化表达能力，能清晰定义问题，拆解复杂需求。 3. 知识储备：对汽车内外饰硬件、E/E架构、传感器、车内网络有基本了解。对交互设计、服务设计理念有浓厚兴趣。 4. 审美修养： 懂工业设计（ID）的边界，知道如何让技术隐藏在美学之下，实现真正的设计。

加分项： 1. 具备前瞻性产品规划经验，曾主导过面向未来2-3年的概念产品或技术预研项目。 2. 拥有消费电子（如手机、XR）、智能家居、互联网应用生态等跨行业背景，能为座舱带来突破性思维。 3. 对自动驾驶技术（特别是L3/L4）及其对座舱的影响有深入理解或强烈的学习热情。 4. 具备优秀的商业敏感度，能将用户体验与商业目标有效结合。
