负责全车密封系统（包括动/静态密封条、侧面亮条、注塑包边角窗、侧门B柱饰板）的产品设计及过程开发工作，负责相关系统及零部件方案设定，SOR编制，配合采购完成供应商定点； 负责新产品的造型可行性分析，确定密封系统布置及交互输入输出； 负责分管零部件的开发及整改：负责与供应商的技术交流及技术方案确定；编制分管零部件的开发计划，并组织实施；负责组织及协调、解决涉及密封系统的技术问题；负责具体项目中密封系统问题的整改措施确定及实施； 负责分管供应商开发过程管控，能够按照项目主计划编制零部件开发三级计划，并跟踪供应商开发进度，按时提交相关技术材料，完成OTS及ESO认可，跟踪试制、试装、试验中车身附件系统相关问题，提出整改措施和改进计划； 参与部门所有承研项目密封系统相关的技术文件，问题报告等的评审； 参与部门密封系统相关的设计开发体系文件的编写，丰富所属系统的知识库。

全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业； 大学英语CET-4级或以上，有良好的英语口语及书写能力； 熟悉全车密封系统结构、设计及性能要求；熟悉产品材料，成型工艺及模具结构；熟悉业内供应商行情；掌握相关法律法规，熟悉车身附件开发流程； 从事密封系统设计或开发工作5年以上，熟悉整车开发流程，具有2个（及以上）车型项目开发经验； 熟练使用办公软件；能独立完成2D、3D建模等相关工作； 独立解决问题的能力，责任心强，有担当； 良好的团队合作精神，严密的逻辑思维能力，较强的责任心以及高效沟通能力。
