负责座椅硬件及软件产品定义，确保产品力及企业盈利能力领先 1、【需求感知】运用对外洞察能力，保持对市场、竞争、用户、技术实时感知，并与上下游共识 a、深度挖掘用户需求和痛点，通过数据分析、用户访谈、场景走查等方式形成明确的产品需求 b、深刻理解各技术优劣、演进路径和行业竞争格局，找到破局点 2、【产品决策】对产品方案进行商业与技术双向分析，制定量化的体验目标与验收标准，通过体系化的认知保证决策的客观性和准确性； a、主导构建座椅产品力评估模型与标准化定义流程，输出高质量 PRD（产品需求文档）、功能清单、交互逻辑和验收标准，确保研发、设计、测试团队对需求理解一致。 b、准确评估价值优先级，平衡研发投入、BOM 成本及量产周期，确保产品经营模型（ROI）和产品力达到最优。 3、【执行落地】作为座椅体验的第一责任人，横向拉通造型设计、工程研发（骨架/发泡/面套）以及HU/功能标定、采购与供应链团队，确保产品定义不衰减地转化为可量产的物理实体。 4、【上市管理】负责座椅 GTM阶段价值传递及产品生命周期管理 a、负责座椅产品信息屋搭建，提炼核心价值主张、差异化卖点、竞品攻防话术、用户场景故事；统一内外传播口径 b、通过NPS、功能使用率、性能数据等主客观用户反馈制定改善用户体验计划，负责座椅 OTA 及产品迭代

1、5年以上汽车行业产品定义经验，有至少2款产品从0-1的成功经验；拥有高端 MPV 或中大型 SUV 完整项目落地经历者优先。 2、熟悉技术趋势和市场，具有从用户视角对技术和产品力以及产品价值进行评判的能力，对产品价值保有强烈的执着、克制和想象； 3、优秀的定量分析能力，能够运用系统分析方法对需求进行结构化拆解，并识别不同产品发展阶段的主要目标，准确评估优先级（对业务的系统化结构化敏感）； 4、能够识别供应、成本、技术方案等内部风险，并能提供化解方案，能够独立建立自己所负责产品的经营模型，评估ROI 5、出色的语言、沟通、组织和协调能力，具备产品全链条驱动和影响力，拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作能力； 6、关注新事物和用户行为变化，对科技及所属领域嗅觉敏锐，有自己独特的见解，具备较强的创新精神； 7、热爱汽车，热爱生活 8、工作地点优先北京，上海可接受。
