1.深入理解公司业务发展战略及组织规划，重点支持芯整车电动相关团队的人才招聘交付，协助业务关键岗位搭建与落地； 2.独立负责招聘全流程管理，包括需求澄清、人才寻访、简历甄选、面试安排与推进、offer沟通、入职跟进等，确保招聘交付质量与效率； 3.与业务部门保持高频沟通，准确把握岗位画像、团队能力模型及人才标准，输出招聘方案并推动执行； 4.负责目标人才Mapping、人才库搭建及市场信息收集，洞察芯片/半导体行业人才分布、竞争对手动态及薪酬趋势，为业务招聘决策提供支持； 5.主导或参与重点岗位的招聘项目，包括中高端芯片人才寻访、专项招聘、校招/社招专项、面试流程优化及招聘运营工作； 6.持续分析招聘过程数据及转化漏斗，复盘招聘结果，优化渠道使用、流程效率和候选人体验，提升招聘交付效能。

1.本科及以上学历，5年以上招聘相关工作经验，有整车等方向招聘经验优先； 2.具备独立负责中高端技术岗位招聘的能力，有较强的人才搜寻、甄选判断及项目推动能力； 3.具备良好的沟通协调能力、结果导向意识及抗压能力，能够高效支持业务快速发展；
