The posting

1. 负责自动驾驶控制器或AI服务器产品的机械结构设计、开发与量产导入，参与产品从概念设计、详细设计、样机验证到量产交付的完整开发流程。 2. 负责产品结构方案设计，包括结构件、钣金、压铸件、注塑件、连接器及相关装配结构设计，并根据产品需求完成材料、工艺、公差及可靠性设计。 3. 负责机械结构相关的 DFM/DFA、成本优化、供应商技术交流及量产问题解决，确保产品具备良好的可制造性、可装配性和可靠性。 4. 参与产品 EVT/DVT/PVT 等开发阶段，推动结构问题闭环，解决试制及量产过程中的结构、装配、可靠性等问题。 5. 与硬件、PCB、架构、NPI、质量等团队紧密协作，完成跨专业技术问题的分析、协调与闭环。 6. 负责机械结构设计规范、设计标准及技术文档建设，持续推动平台化、模块化及标准化设计。 7. 对产品机械结构设计质量及量产交付结果负责，能够独立承担复杂产品或关键模块的技术工作。

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、车辆工程、材料成型等相关专业。 2. 8年以上机械结构设计及产品开发经验，具备汽车电子、智能汽车、服务器、数据中心、AI基础设施等相关行业设计经验 3. 具有扎实的机械设计基础，熟悉材料、机械加工、钣金、压铸、注塑、表面处理、公差分析及可靠性设计等相关知识。 4. 具有丰富的量产产品开发经验，实际参与并成功量产的产品不少于5款，具备从产品设计到量产交付的完整经验。 5. 熟悉产品开发流程及 ，能够独立分析和解决复杂结构问题。 6. 熟练使用至少一种主流 3D CAD/CAE 工具，具备较强的结构设计、工程分析及技术文档能力。 7. 具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，能够与研发、测试、供应链、制造、质量及供应商进行高效沟通并推动问题落地。 8. 有汽车电子核心零部件、域控制器、智能驾驶、GPU计算卡、AI服务器、液冷设备等产品开发经验者优先。
