1、负责公司通用云服务采购和算力集群采购，工作范围包括传统云服务相关的计算、存储、网络，各类云上PaaS和SaaS产品，以及AI云基础设施相关的GPU集群、PFS等产品采购； 2、品类策略：作为战略采购品类，需要贴近业务，了解并理解业务战略方向和预算规划，对云服务市场和竞对情况做深入洞察，通过对业务的理解和市场反馈，制定出契合业务诉求的品类策略，通过解决方案整合和创新性建议，反哺业务发展，提升业务的市场竞争性水平； 3、需求管理：协同核心业务部门，理解和整合核心业务的采购需求，洞察核心业务、场景、需求、成本之间的关系，通过前期需求管理，在保障好业务稳定性的前提下做到综合成本最优； 4、成本管理：对于算力资源，在近期多变的市场环境下，定期刷新和分析行业变化和市场价格趋势，基于市场变化反哺业务制定出合适的采购计划；对于云资源，明确云资源尤其是IaaS层资源的成本结构组成，熟悉IaaS资源的行业基线水平，同时通过协同业务，尽可能收敛SKU，以及更高性价比替代，控制云资源采购成本； 5、供应管理：保障好算力资源和突发性云资源的供应，通过前期条款约束、中期交付跟进、后期商务兜底，保障供应商的资源供应能力； 6、商务管理：在多云场景，制定合适的采购策略，协同业务以TCO为目标，做资源操盘；在单一场景，通过分析资源账单，组织与高层对接，及找到合适的业务场景抓手，以目标为导向，制定出合适的谈判策略； 7、资源运营：辅助资源管理团队，以Finops为目标，从预算侧、采购侧、资源侧和效率侧，实现对云资源的精细化管控。

1、5年以上云资源采购经验，1年以上算力采购经验，有集团公司、大型互联网、主机厂、自动驾驶公司相关品类经验优先； 2、全日制本科及以上学历，英语六级或同等水平，可作为工作语言； 3、对云和算力基础设施技术架构有一定理解，并清楚其成本组成，熟悉行业资源，具备丰富的与云厂商的谈判能力； 4、熟悉国内（阿里云、百度云、火山引擎等）和国际（AWS、Azure）主流云厂商的产品和内部组织架构，对不同云厂商的战略目标和销售打法有一定理解； 5、精通采购端到端流程管理，能管理日常采购项目的执行，可以制定重大采购项目的采购策略，熟练使用各类采购系统，对采购流程及交付管理负责； 6、有较强的业务前瞻性，出色的商务谈判能力及市场分析预测能力，能引导内部变革及推进变革落地； 7、具备优秀的体系性思考能力和逻辑分析能力，能够熟练应用管理分析工具、战略制定与决策工具等解决工作问题； 8、具备自驱力，面对复杂场景，主动挖掘问题和机会，拿到结果，诚信正直、积极主动、结果导向，有责任感。
