一、充电口协议适配 • 负责海外车型充电口硬件选型与协议适配：CCS1/CCS2、GB/T等； • 主导充电握手协议（Handshake Protocol）测试与问题排查； • 制定充电兼容性测试规范，覆盖主流第三方充电桩。 二、充电桩与附件本地化 • 负责目标市场充电桩（AC/DC）选型评估与认证对接； • 管理充电线缆、适配器、便携充电枪等附件的本地化适配； • 建立充电附件供应商资源池，完成技术评审与质量认证。 三、充电协议与认证 • 深入掌握OCPP（Open Charge Point Protocol）2.0.1协议，主导车端与云端协议对接； • 负责ISO 15118（Plug & Charge）协议落地，实现即插即充用户体验； • 管理充电系统相关认证：欧盟 CE、美国 UL、澳洲 RCM等。 四、问题管理与持续改进 • 跟踪解决海外用户充电问题反馈，建立问题分析知识库； • 主导充电兼容性专题攻关，推动固件OTA升级修复充电BUG； • 制定充电硬件质量目标（KPI），监控量产车型充电故障率；

  • 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电力电子、自动化或相关专业；
  • 3年以上新能源汽车充电系统硬件开发或测试经验；
  • 熟悉CCS/Type 2/CHAdeMO充电协议，了解ISO 15118标准；
  • 有OCPP协议对接经验，了解充电云端通信架构；
  • 英语流利，能独立阅读英文充电标准文档。
