负责智能驾驶系统的人机交互产品设计，涵盖驾驶员状态感知、HMI 界面、语音交互、驾驶接管提示等核心交互链路； 基于用户认知模型与驾驶安全原则，定义智驾功能的开启/退出交互逻辑、信息层级与视觉/听觉/触觉反馈规范； 深度参与智驾 OTA 版本规划，负责功能交互方案评审，推动设计规范在多车型、多系统中的一致落地； 联合 UX/UI 设计、算法、座舱软件及法规团队，协调跨域需求，确保交互体验兼顾安全合规与用户接受度； 建立并迭代智驾交互体验评价体系，组织用户研究与专家评审，将洞察转化为可执行的产品改进方案； 持续跟踪特斯拉、华为、小鹏等竞品的交互创新动态，输出对标报告并牵引差异化产品策略。

本科及以上学历，交互设计、人因工程、计算机或相关专业； 3年以上车载 HMI 或智能驾驶交互产品经验，有智驾功能量产交互设计经历优先； 深入理解智能驾驶系统架构（L2/L2+/L3/L4 场景边界、接管机制），具备将算法能力转化为用户可感知体验的产品能力； 熟悉人因工程与 UX 设计原则，能独立完成交互流程设计及原型输出，具备向 UI 团队准确传递设计意图的能力； 具备强烈的用户同理心与安全意识，能在效率、愉悦感与驾驶安全之间做出合理取舍； 沟通协调能力强，能有效驱动设计、算法、软件、测试多方协同，推动复杂需求高质量落地。
