一、对内职能 1.资本结构优化与主动管理 搭建公司全球化资本架构，制定多元化融资策略，动态优化资产负债结构。 建立长期资本规划机制，结合公司战略目标提前储备融资主体资质、合作机构资源及信用能力。 2.市场与产品分析 深入研究国内外融资市场动向（包括利率、政策、产品创新），建立内部融资市场数据库，匹配公司资本结构持续优化集团融资策略。 对标同行业领先企业的融资策略，定期输出竞品分析报告，识别融资效率、成本及结构优化机会点。 3.流程与系统建设 主导融资端到端管理体系搭建，设计涵盖授信储备、计划、执行到后评价的全流程标准化模板，推动融资管理系统数字化升级，提升用信效率与便利性。 二、对外职能 1.金融机构关系与市场影响力 拓展并维护与境内投资机构、银行、券商及评级机构的战略合作关系，主导公司路演、机构合作会议等大型活动，提升公司在金融机构的品牌影响力。 管理银行资源，系统梳理银行等金融机构与核心人员能力，针对重大融资项目（如固定资产贷款、债券创新等）、业务创新、政策突破，能够差异化调用银行资源，确保任务按时完成。 2.融资渠道拓展 对外感知直接、间接融资市场动态，持续追踪同行业融资动态，定期输出行业趋势分析报告，掌握融资产品特性与政策走向。 针对公司所处行业、发展阶段及财务状况，匹配公司需求定制专属融资方案（如绿色债券、政策信贷、固定资产贷款等），提升公司融资适配度与市场竞争力。

1.教育与专业背景：统招本科及以上学历，金融、经济、财会等相关专业；拥有 CPA、CFA 或 ACCA 资格者优先。 2.工作经验与行业履历（满足以下条件之一） 8–12 年以上金融或企业融资经验，其中至少 3–5 年团队管理经验。 理想履历背景： 券商背景：中信、中金、华泰、平安等头部券商 DCM（债务融资部） 或 ABS/结构化融资部 的执行总经理（ED）、高级副总裁（SVP）或团队负责人（Team Head）。 银行背景：国有大行省分行、头部城商行（如江苏/宁波/上海银行）或头部股份行总行/大分行 公司业务部、投行部、结构化融资部 的处长、团队长（Team Head）或部门负责人。 产业背景：知名主机厂（传统车企/造车新势力）、大型 Tier 1 或头部汽车金融/租赁公司，且此前具备金融机构从业背景者优先。
