负责白车身架构搭建，白车身架构通用化、柔性化、模块化规划； 负责白车身下车身技术统筹与技术管理工作，制定下车身领域年度技术工作计划并推进落实； 负责白车身下车身领域技术标准、对标、选型策略、checklist等知识体系的制定维护和动态更新，支持项目高效开发； 负责各平台白车身整体规划、设计构想的制定和把关； 负责白车身前瞻技术的感知、研究和应用； 负责白车身相关业务的系统集成和统筹设计，以及关键、重大技术难点攻关； 负责各平台白车身阶段交付文件的专业技术把关，确保交付质量； 负责指导和把关各平台白车身工程师的设计方案、产品开发、问题分析和整改； 负责编制和审核白车身设计标准、产品标准、仿真评价、试验标准等专业技术规范类文件。

全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业； 扎实的理论功底，熟悉相关理论及实际应用，能够基于理论基础阐述设计和选型方案； 掌握专业发展方向，能够引领和保持专业技术水平处于行业头部； 工作中熟练的英语口语及书写能力； 8年以上汽车主机厂（OEM）工作经历，其中至少某一主机厂连续工作5年以上； 2个（含）以上完整整车项目（立项到SOP）白车身工作经历； 1个（含）以上完整白车身架构开发工作经历； 经历的整车项目中负责白车身总体设计开发职责，或者是公司车身专家； 参与整车项目车型为中大型SUV（承载式车身）、MPV等乘用车； 对白车身设计开发流程有比较深的了解，熟练使用FMEA等风险防范工具； 使用汽车办公软件独立制做方案断面及3D数据、2D图纸能力； 使用Hyperworks/Ansa等软件查看、分析白车身相关仿真问题能力； 有进取心，责任心强，有担当； 对待事物具有清晰的逻辑分析和判断能力，熟悉丰田TPB等问题分析工具； 良好的团队合作精神，高效的沟通、协调能力。
