1. 项目整体把控与规划 - 负责车型研发项目的全面管理，依据市场需求、法规要求和公司战略，制定项目整体规划，明确项目目标、范围和关键里程碑。 - 主导项目团队制定详细的主计划，合理安排资源，确保项目各阶段工作有序推进，按时完成车型研发任务。 2. 研发活动管理 - 深度参与车型架构方案的开发与锁定，结合目标市场特点和法规标准，确保架构设计的先进性、可靠性和适应性。 - 跟踪整车性能方案的确定，包括动力性能、操控性能、安全性能、续航里程等方面，协同工程团队进行性能优化和测试验证，确保车型性能达到竞品中领先水平。 - 负责推进智能驾驶、座舱、电器架构方案的锁定，推动相关技术的应用和集成，提升车型的智能化水平和用户体验。 - 跟踪造型方案的锁定； - 零部件开发过程管控； 3. 成本与预算管理 - 负责车型研发项目的成本估算和预算编制，制定详细的成本预算计划，包括研发费用、设备采购、零部件成本等。 - 监控项目成本执行情况，分析成本偏差原因，采取有效的成本控制措施，确保项目在预算范围内完成。 4. 风险管理 - 识别项目中的风险因素，包括技术风险、市场风险、供应链风险等，制定风险应对计划，降低风险对项目进度和质量的影响。 - 定期对项目进度、质量、成本和风险进行评估和报告，及时调整项目计划和策略，确保项目顺利推进。 5. 会议组织及管理 - 项目管理例行会议及专项会议组织及发布会议纪要。

1. 汽车工程、机械工程、电气工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 具备 5 - 10 年整车企业工作经验，其中至少 3 年以上全球车型架构开发项目管理经验（CBU出口更优），有成功完成车型开发项目的案例。 3. 精通汽车工程技术，熟悉汽车整车开发流程，包括概念设计、工程设计、样车试制、试验验证、生产准备等环节。 4. 了解市场法规和标准，了解汽车市场需求和行业趋势，具备将法规要求和市场需求转化为工程技术方案的能力。 5. 熟练运用项目管理工具和方法，如 PMP 等，具备良好的项目计划制定、进度跟踪、资源分配和风险管理能力。 6. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够与跨部门、跨地域团队进行有效的沟通和协作； 7. 具备成本控制和预算管理能力，能够收集，估算项目成本，制定合理的预算计划，并有效控制项目成本。 8. 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，对项目成功有强烈的追求和承诺，能够承受工作压力，确保项目按时交付，适应快速工作节奏。
