1. 负责自动驾驶各技术专业研发部门的研发项目管理和交付，支撑自动驾驶功能交付; 2. 作为专业研发团队的"推动引擎”，协助各研发负责人做好战略规划、技术路线规划、关键事项管理及跟踪，最终支撑自动驾驶功能及模型交付; 3. 负责串联沟通内外部信息，保证在项目管理部门内部信息上传下达、平行透明，需要敏锐地及时识别风险，并提出应对措施; 4. 负责和研发部门做好技术储备规划和人才储备规划，通过OKR工具支撑名部门战略的执行和落地； 5. 负责识别各部门效率优化方向，结合公司流程建设，通过工具和系统的方式提高研发交付和迭代效率。

1. AI、智能驾驶、汽车、通信、电子工程或管理类相关专业，本科及以上学历; 2. 3年以上项目管理或技术管理相关工作经验; 3. 交付过至少2个项目（量产项目优先考虑），对项目管理、技术管理工作有丰富的经验; 4. 较强的分析判断能力，良好的沟通与协调能力; 5. 具备全局观和多维视野，以终为始的管理意识。
