1. 负责 AI 眼镜及其他智能穿戴产品的固件设计、开发、调试和维护，参与产品从方案评估、EVT/DVT/PVT 到量产及售后的完整周期； 2. 基于 FreeRTOS、NuttX、Zephyr 或芯片厂商 RTOS，开发系统服务、中间件及设备端应用； 3. 负责产品功能集成与业务开发，设计和维护通用固件框架，参与系统性能、功耗和稳定性优化，以及复杂问题的定位与闭环。 4. 与硬件、BSP、算法、云端、App、测试、芯片原厂及 ODM 协作，推进软硬件联调、问题闭环和量产交付； 5. 使用 AI Coding Agent 提升需求分析、代码开发、测试、Review 和故障定位效率，沉淀可复用的开发规范、Agent Skill、测试工具及工程上下文。

1. 具备扎实的 C/C++ 编程能力，熟悉指针、内存、并发、数据结构及嵌入式软件常见问题；具备 Rust 开发经验者优先； 2. 熟悉至少一种 RTOS，如 FreeRTOS、NuttX、Zephyr、RT-Thread 或厂商自研系统； 3. 理解任务调度、中断、IPC、互斥锁、信号量、消息队列、定时器、优先级反转及内存管理机制； 4. 熟悉 UART、I²C、SPI、GPIO、ADC、PWM、DMA 等常用外设和总线，能够结合原理图、Datasheet 完成联调和问题定位； 5. 具备良好的嵌入式调试能力，能够使用 J-Link、GDB、示波器、逻辑分析仪及日志、Trace、Core Dump 等手段定位问题； 6. 具备模块化、分层和接口抽象意识，能够独立完成中等复杂度固件模块的方案设计、开发和测试； 7. 重视软件质量，具备异常处理、边界检查、线程安全、单元测试、Code Review 和版本管理意识； 8. 具备良好的沟通和推动能力，能够与上下游团队、ODM 及芯片原厂协同解决问题； 9. 对智能硬件和 AI 产品有兴趣，具备较强的学习能力、责任心和产品交付意识。
