1. 负责车衣窗膜在全国区域及门店端的销售推动与业务拓展，对产品渗透率、销量及经营结果负责； 2. 深入区域和门店一线，识别业务机会与落地难点，制定针对性的销售推动方案并组织执行； 3. 负责服务商的拓展、管理与运营，建立服务商管理标准、考核评价及赋能机制，提升服务商承接能力与业务产出； 4. 建立并优化门店销售支持体系，包括销售策略、业务培训、销售话术、活动激励及过程管理，提升终端转化效率； 5. 负责贴装服务商的规划、招募、评审、上线筹备、退网管理； 6. 基于区域、门店及服务商经营数据进行分析复盘，持续推动问题改善和业务增长； 7. 结合市场趋势、用户需求及一线反馈，持续优化服务产品的销售策略与运营打法； 8. 协同商城、交付、销售操盘等相关团队，整合资源推动重点项目落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上车衣、窗膜或相关业务领域工作经验； 2. 有较强的一线业务拓展和销售推动经验，能够直接面向区域、门店推进业务落地； 3. 有门店运营或渠道销售管理经验，熟悉终端销售转化逻辑； 4. 有服务商管理经验，能够独立推动服务商运营、考核、协同及能力提升； 5. 熟悉汽车售后服务产品或延保类产品业务，有新能源汽车行业经验者优先； 6. 具备较强的数据分析与经营管理能力，能够围绕业务目标拆解策略并推动执行； 7. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、资源整合能力和结果导向意识； 8. 能适应跨区域协同及阶段性出差，愿意深入一线推动业务。
