【品牌口碑与用户体验管理 】 1. 全面负责所辖区域授权门店的品牌口碑与用户体验全流程管理，支撑品牌用户满意度目标达成。 2. 管控NSS等用户体验指标，指导门店进行低星评价复盘，建立满意度风险管控与改善机制。 3. 监督门店维修质量与时效，全量跟进投诉案件，推动客诉高效闭环解决，降低并提前识别可能引发舆情的服务风险。 【授权网络健康度与合规管理】 1. 负责所辖区域授权网络的全生命周期健康度与合规性管理，参与授权服务/钣喷网点的准入评审。 2. 推动授权服务及钣喷标准的传导与落地，开展常态化巡检，确保EHS（环境、健康、安全）合规政策及安全设施在门店有效落地。 3. 统筹门店授权体系的合规管理，包括工单规范、大事故维修管理及生产安全防护等。 【门店运营赋能与标准改善】 1. 负责门店运营标准的培训、宣贯及落地检核，推动门店服务流程、维修标准、系统操作等规范的执行与问题改善。 2. 监督门店生产经营规范（工具配置、维修操作、用料标准）及日常工作规范（如“一车一群”服务标准、大事故处理流程）的落地，保障服务全流程可追溯。 3. 对门店人员进行系统培训、商务政策、红线规则及管理制度的宣贯。 【经营指标监控与业务建议】 1. 基于区域及门店经营数据（机电+钣喷一体化）开展深度分析，定期形成分析报告并提供改善建议。 2. 跟踪区域零件批发进度，管理预测与预结工作（保障月度滚动预测偏差率≤±10%，月度预结偏差率≤±3%）。 3. 基于区域数据洞察，为品牌总部运营策略优化提供专业的数据支撑与建议。 【跨部门协同与资源整合】 1. 负责直营体系与授权体系的重叠业务协调沟通，支持区域完成尽调场地现场评估。 2. 在区域内推动产能、资产等资源的整合共享及运营类工作（保险、零件、混合维修等）的协同，提升整体运营效率。 3. 洞察竞品授权模式，支持机关进行授权模式优化；通过巡检及抽检模式监管门店授信仓的资产安全并形成盘点报告。

1. 行业与岗位经验： 本科及以上学历，具备8年以上汽车售后服务管理、区域督导或经销商网络运营经验（有新能源主机厂或大型经销商集团同等经验者优先） 2. 用户体验与危机管理： 具备极强的用户服务意识，精通客户满意度（NSS/CSI）提升策略，能高效闭环处理重大/疑难客诉，具备敏锐的舆情风险防范与管控能力。 3. 门店运营与合规管控： 熟悉汽车售后（机电及钣喷）全流程，具备扎实的门店标准化运营落地、EHS（环境健康安全）管理、合规巡检及对门店的培训赋能能力。 4. 数据分析与经营洞察： 对数据高度敏感，具备优秀的经营数据深度剖析能力，能独立完成业务指标分析、备件滚动预测管理，并能据此输出有效的运营优化策略。 5. 协同与资源整合： 具备出色的跨部门沟通与统筹协调能力，能高效拉通直营与授权体系，推动区域内产能、资产、备件等资源的整合与共享。 6. 综合素质： 具备较强的自驱力与抗压能力，拥有良好的市场及竞品洞察力，能够适应区域内较高频次的出差。
