岗位职责： 负责推理卡和整机设计质量保障，作为质量侧在研发中的常驻接口人，嵌入硬件、结构、热、电源、软件（BMC/固件/OS），协同各专业在设计阶段前置识别与拦截质量风险； 负责推理卡与整机 NPI 质量方案输出，从概念设计阶段介入； 协助建立完整的可靠性质量验证体系； 主导建立失效案例库，对每个 EVT/DVT/PVT/量产 阶段暴露的问题推进根因分析，沉淀为评审 Checklist 与选型红线，反哺下一代产品； 担任客户质量问题的第一责任人，接收客诉/退货/RMA，组织内部分工，主导问题分析闭环； 深度跟踪推理服务器行业技术演进，前置识别行业性质量风险，建立行业失效模式知识库； 主导推理服务器产品合规体系建设；

任职要求： 必备条件 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、通信、自动化、微电子或相关专业； 6 年以上服务器 / AI 硬件 / 数据中心行业经验，其中至少 3 年设计质量（DQE/硬件质量/可靠性工程）方向独立负责经验； 深入理解 AI 推理卡硬件架构：HBM/显存、PCIe/CXL 高速接口、SerDes、多路供电架构、散热方案，理解推理 workload 对硬件设计的质量要求； 熟悉服务器整机硬件设计：CPU 平台、DDR5、NVMe SSD、高速网络（25G/100G/400G/800G RDMA）、电源（CRPS/钛金/800V 直流）、散热（风冷/液冷）、BMC 等模块的设计要点与质量风险； 扎实的可靠性工程能力：DFMEA、HALT/HASS、加速寿命试验（ALT）、MTBF/AFR/FIT 建模、Weibull 分析、降额设计； 熟悉设计验证方法论：DV 方案设计、性能/可靠性/环境/EMC 测试标准、验证报告编写、批次放行准则制定； 熟悉 IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 ，具备 APQP、PPAP、8D、FMEA 工具实操经验； 具备设计变更（ECN/PCN）质量影响评估能力，能判断芯片 stepping 变更、器件替代、PCB 改版对可靠性与性能的影响； 具备客户质量问题闭环管理经验，能独立主导 8D 分析和客户审核应对； 具备合规体系建设经验； 良好的数据分析能力、跨团队推动能力和文档能力，能主导质量月报、DV 报告、可靠性报告、行业技术报告的编写； 加分项 有 AI 服务器 / GPU 服务器（NVIDIA DGX/HGX、AMD MI 系列、Intel Gaudi、自研 NPU）设计质量经验； 有超大规模数据中心 / 云厂商 / 头部服务器厂商（浪潮、H3C、Dell、HPE、Supermicro、NVIDIA 生态、Intel、AMD 生态）背景； 熟悉液冷方案（冷板式/浸没式）的设计质量管控； 有 HBM 质量分析经验（良率、批次一致性、温度敏感性）； 熟悉推理框架（vLLM、TensorRT-LLM 等）的性能特征，能从 workload 角度评估硬件设计质量风险； 具备可靠性实验室管理或测试设备选型经验；
