岗位描述： 1.负责人形机器人整机及发热部件（控制器、电池、关节等）的热仿真与换热系统设计，提升整机热可靠性与运行稳定性 2.负责热仿真模型搭建、边界条件设定、热源载荷分析，统筹整机及各模块的稳态/瞬态热仿真、热流场仿真、温度分布仿真，输出精准热仿真报告，定位热瓶颈问题 3.负责换热系统的整体方案设计，包括换热器、散热片、风扇、管路、冷却液等核心部件的选型与结构设计 4.负责热仿真模型校准与换热系统性能验证，结合样机测试数据，修正仿真参数，优化仿真模型和换热设计方案 5.协同整机结构设计、电子设计、电池开发、BMS设计等团队，推动换热系统与整机结构一体化集成 6.负责建立并维护机器人热仿真规范、换热系统设计标准及材料热性能数据库 7.负责热仿真与换热系统相关技术文档输出，包括仿真方案、仿真报告、换热系统设计图纸、BOM清单、装配工艺等，确保文档完整、规范，满足设计、测试及生产环节的参考需求 8.跟踪全球人形机器人热管理领域的前沿技术，如液冷系统、导热材料、集成化热管理、主动散热技术等，评估新兴技术的应用潜力，持续优化热仿真流程与换热系统设计方案

任职要求： 1.熟悉热能与动力工程、机械设计、电子热设计等相关专业知识，掌握机器人热仿真、换热系统设计及测试方法，了解人形机器人各部件发热特性，具备3年以上机器人、电子设备热仿真与换热系统设计经验。 2.熟练使用ANSYS Icepak、Fluent、Star-CCM+等热仿真工具，能独立完成热仿真分析及结果后处理；熟练使用CATIA等软件完成换热系统结构设计、管路布局，具备换热系统选型与优化能力 3.精通热传导、热对流、热辐射原理，熟悉液冷、风冷、热管等换热方式的设计要点，掌握换热器、散热部件、冷却液等核心物料的选型技巧，具备较强的热仿真结果分析、热瓶颈定位及换热系统优化能力 4.具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效推动结构设计、电子、电池、测试等多专业团队协同工作，牵头解决热仿真与换热系统设计、集成过程中的复杂技术问题 5.主动积极，责任心强，思维敏捷严谨，对人形机器人热管理技术发展趋势有浓厚兴趣与敏锐的行业洞察力，具备良好的抗压能力与创新意识，能独立承担核心热设计与仿真任务
