核心职责 1. 商城产品组合规划与产品体系构建•：主导制定1-3年产品规划路线图（路标），结合行业趋势、技术演进及用户需求洞察，规划品类与迭代节奏。 建立产品竞争力评估模型，推动多产品线资源整合与协同，优化投入产出比（ROI）。 2. 产品开发管理： 熟悉IPD流程，管理多个小PDT团队，保障跨团队协作，解决优先级冲突与资源分配问题。 建立端到端交付标准（从需求验证到规模化上市），确保产品交付质量、时效性与成本可控。 3. 商业创新与生态协同：对商城产品的商业成功负责。从市场定位到定价机制，再到营销策略，通过端到端的商业化运营及全损益管理，保障所有商城产品的商业成功，推动收入增长。同时探索多种商业模式和营销打法，通过创新，获取更多利润。 4. 组织能力与流程升级•：搭建人才梯队，通过知识传递、案例复盘等方式提升团队行业认知与战略思维。优化规模化开发流程（如IPD+敏捷混合模式），推动工具链落地与数据驱动决策。

任职要求 • 本科及以上学历。 • 8年以上产品开发经验，其中5年以上管理多团队经验，有亿级营收管理经验。 • 洞察力：卓越的用户需求洞察分析，及市场机会点挖掘能力。 • 沟通能力：优秀的横向沟通能力、冲突调解能力。 • 数据与商业思维：熟悉财务模型、具备全损益管理经验。 • 领导力：具备变革管理经验，具备“用户价值+商业成功”双向思维。
