1.通过客户服务、产品知识讲解和推广来驱动业务发展，最大程度提升销售成绩； 2.落实运营政策和流程来满足客户需求，同时帮助店面达到销售目标； 3.建立良好的客户关系，并在试驾过程中提供完美的客户体验使潜在客户向亲朋好友传递良好口碑； 4.通过电话和微信等形式介绍并宣传产品相关的功能、报告和新闻来帮助客户做出购买产品的决定； 5.根据不同层次客户情况，有针对性地开展相关活动或合作，增加品牌曝光率，开拓更多潜在客户和产品爱好者； 6.在客户对于产品抱有疑虑的客户时，能够有效地针对其困惑的问题提出创新性或可行性方案，尤其在财务，技术，充电，实用性，生活方式等方面； 7.协助计划、执行和跟进体验店运营任务和项目； 8.建立并管理稳健的潜在客户资源，通过电话、微信、试驾，等方式与潜在客户沟通，确保较高的客户满意度，维系良好客户关系，最终将潜在客户转化为车主； 9.承担团队日常的管理工作包括但不限于：产品专家的出勤、工作安排、辅导产品专家掌握产品知识、了解并熟练运用公司的相关系统、掌握销售逻辑和销售技巧等； 10.和外部客户、外部人员，保持清晰、准确、职业、礼貌的沟通, 和内部同事保持良好的沟通和团队协作（包括与上下级之间；同部门、跨部门；同门店、跨门店；同地区、跨地区之间）； 11.其他职责：根据业务发展需要，完成管理层指定的其他工作。

职位要求 1.3年以上零售、行业销售、或大客户销售经验，能够达到或超出销售目标； 2.对企业文化高度认可，良好的自我管理能力及自我学习能力； 3.自我驱动，具有出色的时间管理能力，高度关注细节； 4.有能力同时管理多个项目，把控优先级，坚持按时达成业务目标； 5.优秀的和公司内外各层级人员沟通的能力； 6.采用人性化的方式热情地投入销售管理和运营； 7.持有有效中国驾照，至少2年驾车并无不良行驶记录优先； 8.本科及以上学历
