1、负责梳理数据业务流程并萃取数据业务指标； 2、分析数据业务指标解释业务现象，并结合调研结果定位业务问题，给出解决方案，推动业务目标达成； 3、负责数据业务相关信息收集、整理，制作数据分析报告，支持相关业务的数据需求; 4、负责制定数据成本策略 6、负责数据产品上线培训、BUG反馈以及产品优化； 6、优化本岗位工作流程、工具并提炼分析模型；

1、本科及以上学历，数据科学与大数据、软件工程、计算机、通讯工程专业优先； 2、熟练Hadoop、Spark、Hive等常用大数据技术； 3、至少熟练掌握Python，Java，scala等语言中的任意一种； 4、擅长将业务问题转化为数学问题。能通过数学推理，制定量化业务策略； 5、对数据敏感，具有良好的逻辑思维能力、分析能力、表达呈现能力，主动性强； 6、良好的团队沟通和协作能力。 7、具备良好的数据分析能力，熟悉 SQL、Excel、Tableau、Python 等工具优先； 8、具备 2 年及以上车联网、通信流量、物联网流量管理相关经验、有整车厂、TSP 平台、运营商背景优先；
