岗位核心：支撑产品的系统级智能化演进，负责复杂交互架构定调与方法沉淀。 岗位职责： 1. 负责包含但不限于理想汽车座舱的整体交互架构设计，从场景、流程到反馈机制形成完整闭环； 2. 主导高复杂度、多约束条件下的交互问题定义与解决，平衡用户价值、技术可行性与业务目标； 3. 在 AI、多模态、跨端等新交互形态中，探索并验证可落地的交互范式； 4. 抽象设计经验，沉淀方法论、模型或设计原则，推动团队复用； 5. 在跨团队协作中提供高质量的交互判断，提升整体体验决策效率。

1. 具备扎实的交互设计基本功，对复杂系统、状态机、信息结构有成熟判断； 2. 能从用户行为与认知层面理解问题，而非停留在表层界面优化； 3. 对 AI 驱动交互、语音、多模态或具身交互等方向具备前瞻认知与实践经验； 4. 具备清晰表达与说服能力，能将复杂设计思考转化为团队共识； 5. 有长期视角，能为产品体验的演进预留空间。 加分项 1. - 具备主机厂 OS 主交互/AI 相关产品设计/交互动效设计/3D设计经验优先； 2. 熟练掌握 AI 工作流。
