1. 全面负责所在区域线索类活动，包括相关活动的审核、数据统计、效果复盘、线上活动系统创建以及商务流程。（包含外展，地方车展，周末车展，试驾类活动等） 2. 活动的审核与支持工作，与一线门店制定并共识目标，审核关键要素，统协调资源支持门店活动； 3. 进行效果追踪（KPI）并复盘，与门店对齐差异，制定合理的解决措施，有效提升活动质量； 4. 进行内外部沟通，协调相关资源，把握任务和时间节点，确保活动按照计划执行; 5. 与区域及一线门店保持有效沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系，并结合各城市一线门店的实际情况，定期优化及提升活动的实施流程; 6. 所在区域供应商的沟通管理工作，能够在意向时间内达成签约&付款等事宜，保障活动顺利进行； 7. 完成区域经理和中央零售市场团队交办的其他事务性工作；

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上区域活动管理经验，有零售市场车企活动工作经验优先； 2. 能够独立完成区域活动的统筹执行及沟通相关工作； 3. 熟悉汽车行业外展及地方车展，具有相关资源优先； 4. 熟悉数据复盘相关工作，有良好的复盘习惯和系统性思维； 5. 学习能力与沟通能力佳，具有团队协作精神，抗压力强，能灵活处理问题； 6. 为人正直踏实，有责任心，有担当，自驱力强。
