岗位职责： 1. 基于理想汽车售后业务构建培训及认证体系，覆盖如店长、主管、接待、理赔等各非技术岗位； 2. 基于业务发展，规划关键岗位人才储备培养项目，如储备店长、储备服务经理等； 3. 以解决问题为导向，诊断业务需求，设计培训项目并交付培训结果； 4. 分岗分级开发开发线上、线上课程（如门店经营、客诉及舆情处理、运营提效等），萃取客户服务、门店经营等相关案例、设计测评认证等培训内容 5. 管理团队成员，管控项目、课程、授课质量，制定年度培训规划、预算等

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上，10年以上业务培训经验； 2. 5 年以上中高端 / 新能源汽车售后管理经验，如区域管理或店长操盘经历优先； 3. 2年以上汽车终端培训授课、课件开发经验，擅长门店经营、管理类课程，熟悉豪华车主服务特性； 4. 有团队管理经验，非虚拟团队； 5. 掌握培训项目设计、课程开发/经验萃取、授课技巧等专业技能
