1、负责自动驾驶研发项目全过程质量管理，建立并推动研发质量流程在项目中的落地执行，确保项目按质量目标推进。 2、参与自动驾驶系统/功能研发过程质量策划，包括需求、设计、开发、测试、发布等阶段的质量活动定义、检查和监督。 3、推动研发团队执行标准化开发流程，跟踪关键质量节点，组织阶段评审（如需求评审、方案评审、测试评审、发布评审等）。 4、建立并维护自动驾驶研发质量指标体系，包括但不限于缺陷密度、需求变更率、测试覆盖率、问题关闭率、版本准入指标等，并持续监控分析。 5、对研发过程中的质量风险进行识别、预警和闭环管理，推动重大问题根因分析及改进措施落地。 6、参与软件/算法/系统版本发布质量管理，制定版本准入标准，评估发布风险，保障版本交付质量。 7、协同算法、软件、系统、测试、功能安全、SOTIF、项目管理等相关团队，推动跨团队质量问题协同解决。 8、参与研发质量体系建设与优化，完善流程规范、质量检查机制、审计机制及经验复盘机制。 9、组织并推动研发过程中的问题管理、缺陷管理、变更管理和配置管理的质量监督。 10、支持客户审核、过程审核及体系审核相关工作，输出质量报告、问题分析和改进建议。 11、结合自动驾驶业务特点，推动仿真测试、道路测试、数据闭环、模型训练、版本迭代等场景下的质量管理方法建设。沉淀研发质量最佳实践，提升团队质量意识和项目交付成熟度。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、计算机、电子、软件工程、通信等相关专业优先。 3年以上研发质量、软件质量、项目质量或汽车电子研发流程相关工作经验；有自动驾驶、智能驾驶、ADAS、车载软件领域经验优先。 熟悉研发质量管理方法，具备研发流程梳理、质量策划、质量监控、问题闭环及持续改进能力。 2. 专业能力要求 熟悉研发流程及质量管理方法，了解需求管理、开发管理、测试管理、缺陷管理、版本管理、配置管理等过程。 熟悉汽车行业研发流程及质量体系者优先，如 APQP、ASPICE、IATF 16949、ISO 9001 等。 了解自动驾驶/ADAS研发特点，包括感知、定位、规控、融合、仿真、道路测试、数据闭环、模型训练等优先。 具备一定的数据分析能力，能够基于项目数据输出质量分析报告和改进建议。 具备问题分析和改进推动能力，能使用 8D、5Why、鱼骨图、FMEA、RCA 等方法进行质量问题闭环。 具备跨团队沟通推动能力，能够在研发、测试、项目、质量等多方之间高效协同。
