海外A级车展统筹与落地： 负责理想汽车在海外国际A级车展的整体活动搭建与活动运营执行。包括展台设计管理、现场运营、互动体验设计及供应商管理，确保品牌形象在国际舞台的高质量呈现。 全球新车发布会： 负责理想汽车海外市场新车上市发布会（Global Launch Event）的活动管理。从创意概念、场地勘测、流程设计到现场运营执行，打造具有国际影响力和话题性的发布活动。 海外媒体试驾活动（Media Test Drive）组织： 策划并执行面向全球核心汽车媒体、科技媒体及KOL的试驾活动。负责路线规划、车辆物流调度、产品讲解培训及现场接待，确保媒体获得极致的产品体验并产出高质量报道。 跨部门协同与整合营销： 与海外公关、社媒、设计、内容等团队及海外区域团队紧密合作，确保线下活动体验对于业务本身的赋能，实现品效合一。

经验要求： 5年以上汽车或科技消费品行业活动管理经验。 核心技能： 曾作为核心项目负责人（Project Owner）成功主导过海外A级车展、大型新车发布会或国际媒体试驾活动，有从0到1的海外活动落地经验者优先。 语言能力： 英语可作为工作语言（听说读写精通），能够无障碍地与海外团队、外籍供应商及国际媒体进行深度商务谈判与沟通。 能力特质： 具备卓越的项目管理能力、多线程工作能力和极强的抗压能力。 具备出色的跨文化沟通能力和全球化视野。 极度自驱，结果导向，具备“创业者”心态，能适应快节奏的工作环境。 出差要求： 能够适应高频次的全球出差（Global Travel）。 教育背景： 本科及以上学历，市场营销、设计或相关专业优先，有海外留学背景者优先。
