1. 海外整车认证规划与管理 - 根据产品出口需求，制定整车认证方案，明确认证计划和资源投入，确保认证工作有序推进。 - 负责整车认证资料准备与审核，组织认证试验并协调技术问题的解决，确保顺利取得相关认证证书。 2. 海外市场认证实施与技术支持 - 收集和整理技术资料，确保符合目标市场法规要求，与境内外技术服务机构与监管机构保持高效沟通，按时提交相关数据（如能耗数据）。 - 协调各部门完成认证过程中的试验和申报，监督认证项目进度并确保按时交付。 3. 售后零部件认证策划与管理 - 制定出口市场售后零部件的认证规划，建立管控机制，确保零部件的合规性和一致性。 - 提供售后市场认证相关的技术支持，协调零部件的认证试验与备案。 4. 售后产品一致性与在用车管理 - 制定售后产品一致性检查计划及在用车管理方案，组织实施相关试验并监督结果反馈。 - 追踪市场反馈数据，对一致性风险点进行分析并提出改进措施，支持产品持续改进。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程或相关专业。 2. 至少8年乘用车出口认证工作经验，精通欧盟市场的认证流程和法规要求，熟悉中东、中亚、东南亚、南美等其他市场更佳。 3. 具备近3年多个车型完整的EU-WVTA认证全流程项目经验，具备其他市场认证经验更佳；具有从整车认证到零部件认证管理的全流程实操经验，能够独立完成认证项目。 4. 对UNECE等欧盟区域法规有较为深刻的法规解读和技术支持能力，尤其是海外智能网联法规，包括L2+级别自动驾驶、OTA软件升级、Cybersecurity信息安全等，能够为整车开发提供有效的合规解决方案。 5. 具备较强的项目管理能力，能够高效统筹多车型多方资源并推动项目实施。 6. 具备全生命周期下的智能网联汽车海外准入能力，包括但不限于数据合规、禁限物质、无线射频、售后维保等。 7. 拥有与主流认证机构（如中汽中心、中国汽研、TÜV、SGS、VCA等）合作经验，能够有效协调相关资源。 8. 有处理过海外COP的优先 9. 优秀的英语能力，能熟练阅读、编写和解读技术文件，进行跨文化沟通。
