1、1-3年的工作经验，机械/工业工程/材料/质量管理等工科专业，有SQE/PQE工作经验者优先。 2、熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949质量体系要求，能熟练掌握常用的质量工具和方法，如APQP、PPAP等。 3、热爱质量管理工作，具备较强的思维能力、沟通能力和执行力。 4、熟悉IPD产品开发流程者优先。
