1.本科以上学历，车辆工程、机械、电子、计算机、工业设计类专业； 2.3年以上汽车开发经验，至少完整负责一款车型开发的项目管理工作； 3.熟悉车身开发流程，掌握汽车构造、汽车理论、车身设计等基础科学理论知识； 4.熟练使用office、飞书、CAITA等软件，报告撰写、创意表达能力强； 5.具备清晰的逻辑思维能力和良好的沟通能力表达能力，有主人翁精神，主动积极； 6.具有责任心，乐观向上，拥有良好的团队协作和抗压能力，学习能力强； 7.CET-6及以上，可英语交流。
